They include 20 custom note cards with matching envelopes.
Your choice of either white or cream paper stock.
Notes are folded to 5.5" by 4.25" and all are blank inside for a personal message. 
 
You may specify 1 or 2 lines of text. If nothing is entered in those fields we will adjust the artwork and print without any text below. 
The font choices are shown in the product photos.   
Art is made from a photo. If the property is in the Erie area I can take the photo. Otherwise, full instructions for taking and submitting your photo will be sent after your order is received. If you have any questions at all, please reach out. I'm happy to guide you!
You'll receive a proof before your cards are printed to be sure you're pleased. 
Please note that due to the custom nature of this item, we cannot accept a return. But honestly, no one has ever asked to return them!
